Windows 8 Start Screen Based on User?

Hi,

We are investigating Windows 8 Deployment for use in our School District.  At a conference, I heard someone mention that you could customize the Start Screen based on the user that is logged in (ie:, different set of tiles for teachers and students). 

I can find information about configuring the AppsFolderLayout.bin for the Default profile, but this would give everyone the same screen.  Is there a guid out there that will guide me through customizing the start screen in Windows 8 based on the logged in user?  Is it possibly done with GPO?
