Sysprep Windows 8 Pro 32Bit - Don't remove user and settings & New users which are created must be based on the settings of the initial user

Hi,
I’ve installed Windows 8 Pro 32Bit on a reference machine.

Afterwards I did the following small modifications to this installation:
- Installed the required drivers
- Created a user (without a password)
- Installed the required 3rd party software applications
- Changed the arrangement of some icons within Metro
-…

This reference Windows 8 Pro 32Bit installation should be deployed to other machines of the same type via an image.
The plan is to use the tool Ghost 11.0 to grab this image.

Based on my understanding for successfully deploying an image it’s required to prepare (kind of “seal”) it accordingly by using Sysprep.
But as far as I know Sysprep would also remove the created user and all the modifications.

The requirements for this image would be as follows:

- The created user and the modifications should be still available after Sysprep.

- Additionally if the current user will create a new user, this new user should be based on the initial user.
So it should already include the modifications that have been made for the initial user after the image has been loaded.

Is it possible to realize this?
If yes, how can this be done exactly?

Thanks and best regards!
