control.exe intl.cpl,,/f:"c:\Unattend.xml" not working anymore?

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to set custom date/time/currency format for our new Windows 8 laptops and the unattend.xml file that I've used successfully for Windows 7 O/S will simply not work.

Can someone verify whether there is a new way to change these settings from command line?
