is there any changes in bcd file in windows 8

hello,

1- is there any changes in BCD in windows 8 ,or is the same as the windows 7?

2- I installed windows 8 on second partition ,so I have windows 7 ultimate on my first partition , so now when I go to bcd file I see  that for windows 8 id is used default as value and for windows 7 id is used current as value , so what is the diference of meaning between default and current. is that means with default that first windows 8 starts automatically if you don't  choose windows 7 ? and what it wants to say with ID as current?
