Windows 8 - How do I remove app icons from other home user profiles as administrator.

In Windows 8 - How do I remove app icons from other home user profiles as administrator without having to log in as them. I often install applications that only I will use but they are populated across the otgher users of the PC. How do I either;

1. Install the application just for me or,
2. Delete the application icons from the Start Screen of the other users setup on the PC without having to log in as them.

I am on Windows 8 Home.
