Hello,
I just bought a Notebok with a preinstalled OEM of Windows 8 Single language (Spanish)
My 9yro son turned it on for the first time and configured it with a user password, but now he's forgot it.
AFAICT all I can do is reinstall it, but this came preinstalled, I don't have the CD/DVD nor did the notebook come with a recovery partition.
The notebook contains the sticker with the product key and all that, so, what do I do now?
