How can we install a free app on 30 Windows 8 tablets?

We need to deploy a free app from the Windows Store (QR Reader) to 30 Windows 8 tablets, what options do we have to achieve this?

We use Active Directory 2003 and also have Dells Kbox that can push PS scripts etc.

Any information would be most useful.
