we need to type chinese occasionally but mainly english
for easy operation, we just add a chinese language keyboard for users
in fact, there is an option to set the default chinese language keyboard to english
then switch between chinese and english by pushing "shift"
but when the workstation is logout and login by another user.
the login screen will be default at chinese
no one will set login and password at chinese character.
how can i set default chinese keyboard to english at all circumstances
so the user will not get frustrated when at the first logon. thx.
