I have combed the Control Panel, Registry and WMI for any hints to enable the configuration of this as a default during build with SCCM, or to implement with Group Policy to enable the "Standard Keyboard" for the on screen Touch Keyboard and set it as default. The ONLY way to enable this is thru the "Change PC Settings" menu. This is terrible for computer deployment of touch devices to enable ease of use for users on Windows 8/8.1 adoption.
Anyone discovered something I have not to enable this modification of the default keyboard for default users or current users?
