Hi,
When I try to install .NET Framework 3.5 always fail getting this message and error code. I've tried on Enabling Windows Tools on Control Panel, doing the dism way or trying to download from Windows Download Center, and always getting this. What can I do?
btw I'm using Windows 8.1
