Start in temporary account occasionally

Hello,

I own an English Windows 8.0 Enterprise computer (Clone, 12 GB internal memory, 64 GB SSD).
After a fresh install (no upgrade so) it came to my attentionthat Windows often (not always) starts with a temporary account (without any notification or error message).
The registration is done with my MS live.nl account. Invariably, I do start the second time in my normal account.
Curiously the same happens with a fresh installation of Windows 8.1 ...

Does anyone have an explanation and / or a solution?
