We are required to do Windows XP to Windows 8.1 migration that keep user profiles using MDT. Please discard using SCCM 2012 R2 option in this case.
I have reference on this web http://www.revuedugeek.com/post/2013/10/28/MDT-2013-Migration-Windows-XP-vers-Windows-81 , but the author use French. What I understand is to use two separate MDT server, on each server install USMT 5 with MDT 2012, and USMT 6.3 with MDT 2013 respectively. Correct me if I am wrong.
