updrading windows 8 to 8.1 enterprise

i am going to upgrade one of my current windows 8 enterprise 64bit PC  to windows 8.1 ent 64bit.. whn i tried to run WindowsUpgradeAssistance, it shows an error

i also tried to run the setup from bootable USB but it restarted every time on windows logo.

i also run the tool to verify if my system meets the requirements.. the output shows it does

any solution please ?
