Script to Group Tiles on Start Screen - Windows 8 and 8.1

Hi,

I am looking for a way to programmatically Group the tiles on Start Screen (pinned shortcuts on Start Screen) using PowerShell / Vbscript.

After installation, I need to group the installed tiles/shortcuts under a specific name "Department Apps".
