I downloaded Window 8.1, which took about 5.5 hrs, however when it was installing my laptop ran out of power without me knowing. I then couldn't load windows so I refreshed the pc and it ran and proceeded to finishing installing the Windows 8.1.
When this was done and my laptop restarted it constantly is switching form my desktop to the start screen and a purple screen really fast so you struggle to even shut it down. It is highly unstable and I am unable to use it at all.
What can I do as this is driving me absolutely mad
Why go live with a system that causes all these problems
It is becoming another windows millenium
Please help
