I am running Windows 8.1 which I installed over Windows 7. It has worked fine for several months. Recently an email in Outlook 2007 apparently deleted the .pst file which caused Outlook to not start. I have successfully reinstalled the .pst file and Outlook works fine.
Since then when I log on and start Windows 8.1, I get the message: Fatal Error. No language file was found. However Windows starts up fine and operates fine. Should I do anything?
