I have a lenovo yoga 11s and a few days go, my laptop automatically updated itself to windows 8.1. after i restarted my laptop, i went on chrome and there was no sound in anything. I tried playing music on windows media player, and it tells me "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file".
I went through all the audio troubleshooting I can and know how, but audio just is not working. Occasionally, there will be sound, but just for a few minutes and then i will lose sound again
