Do i need all of this.

I was uninstalling some applications for space and noticed there's multiple of an application called Microsoft visual C++ x86 redistributable. there's 7 of them one with the year 2010, five with 2008, and one with 2005. so what im wondering is do I need all these or can I delete all but the 2010 one
