Windows Store and Administrative Shares

How do I enable Windows Store application to install without connect to Microsoft Account? This is a domain workstation and I prefer Windows Store application install under the current domain logon account.

Also, how do I disable windows 8.1 Entprise administrative shares? I tried to set AutoShareWKS value to 0 at hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\lanmanserver\parameter and also at ..\lanmanworkstation but nothing work. Of course, I rebooted PC after the settings.
