Is it possible to change the Metro email app from the default live.com account you get to an Office 365 account? I have an O365 account with my own domain which is <user>@domain.com. When I setup Win 8.1 I sign in with my O365 account - <user>@domain.com - and get my desktop. I also get OneDrive etc and life is good.
However, the email app defaults to a live.com account. I cannot get the email app to sync my O365 account. The option to delete the account in the app is grayed out. If I try to add the my O365 account i get a message that the account is already added.
Can this be changed? I have read these two articles:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/pauljones/archive/2013/10/07/windows-8-1-mail-app-without-microsoft-account.aspx
http://blogs.windows.com/itpro/2013/11/05/mail-app-enhancements-for-the-enterprise-in-windows-8-1/
-but none of them seems to provide an answer.
To sum it up; how do I make my Windows 8.1 sign-in account connect to my O365 email using the same email address? I should add that my machine is not domain joined but in a workgroup.
