Software developer here. Our product has a bug when installed on Windows 8 Single Language (PRC). We'd like to have a VM with that OS installed here that we can use to develop & test with. From what I've read, the Single Language install media is only available to OEMs*. Are we stuck trying to get an ISO from Dell somehow? Is there any way we can get a Win 8 Single Language ISO for dev/test efforts? Or even a hyper-v VM that I can download? Could I create a custom WIM using the Windows ADK that will perform a win 8 single language install?**
* I can probably go out and find some hacked/leaked/pirated copy, but we would never be able to really trust it. We really want something at least semi-official from MS.
** or any other way to set up windows so that GetProductInfo from the Win32 API returns 0x64 or 0x63?
