Don't want ADS from USMT 5.0

I've been trying all commandline options to not include alternate data stream info with USMT 5.0 to no avail.  Situation:

Using scanstate to migrate the data, when I look at the data store, I found that pictures downloaded from the internet have become folders in the store, named the same as the picture but including a $Zone.Identifier$$DATA file in the folder.  If I right-click|Properties|Unblock one of the pictures and re-run scanstate that file is then fine in the store.

BTW, ran scanstate from Win7 x64.

Is there a way to prevent USMT 5.0 from doing this?
